My order no:[protected] has been delivered on 23/1/18 but the status till date is showing pending... The dress i ordered was xxl but i received s size and iam not able to do the return/exchange process. I have sent msgs in the live chat but still no response... There is no proper contact no. Either. They delivered wrong product and wrong size. moreover, the quality of cloth is a joke, the stitching is terrible, the cloth has been stitched inside out.

I have sent multiple messages, but they not replying to my messages/emails. Their site doesnt even have a phone no.

Can someone please help us?
