Clothingheart.com — wrong product and no response

We have ordered multi color digital printed western collection dress (Order number –[protected] paid through credit card). Order confirmation receipt attached for your easy reference. However we are completely disappointed that the cloth we received is different from what w have ordered. On top of this to our surprise, we received same dress through different order number[protected], against cash on delivery. We received the parcel by paying inr 899/ -.

We are not liking any of the dresses in fact both are same and no resemblance to what we have ordered. We want to return and get our money back i. E inr 1798/-.
Company is not responding..
