Cloudtail — amazon brand office chair leather issue

Bought amazon office chair with price tag of rs 12, 000 in july 2018. The leather, cushion underneath it and the stiches are gone already. When contacted amazon they pointed me to cloudtail in june 2019.
I have been constantly in touch with since then and no resolution yet. All i get in response is,
