Ordered Gala Double Lip Wiper vide order reference #[protected]. Message received yesterday as delivered but so far the product has not been received by me.

Request investigation and do the needful. Either product should be delivered or refund be arranged so that I can order same again online on Amazon.

I have ordered the above product but the product i received is ordinary mobile holder which is not even worth 100 Rs. for which i paid 1000 Rs.

I feel like i am cheated for the product it is a worst service one can expect....

Bought amazon office chair with price tag of rs 12, 000 in july 2018. The leather, cushion underneath it and the stiches are gone already. When contacted amazon they pointed me to cloudtail in june 2019.

I had ordered 2 adidas t shirts.. Eqtyel and syello 176 cm from amazon via cloudtail pvt and prepaid them.. Moments after i checked the review about cloudtail on websites regarding it's fake products i cancelled it and expected for my refund now it has been almost many days they have not even intitated my refund and given me my money back. The money was 3k. 1.7 and 1.3 k for both tshirts. They don't pick up calls also and also they don't...

This is the complaint i am doing thrice. not received the delivery of my product yet. being a working lady phone is the first priority but no follow up from them. badly discouraged. Consumer court is the only option left for receiving the new phone. never buy this phone even for free. So many complaints being registered regarding this phone still they are not considering the issue....

I have bought yu yureka on last april and it is not been a year and the phone is not working well. My phone is under warranty and i have cooperated with you so far. I am a working women and need phone desperately.
I need a new phone itself. I have done whatever is said by you, but now my patience are tested. I am dissastisfied with the service you provide. I will not give phone for repair again.
