Initially, I opted for wired retainers instead of invisible ones for convenience. Unfortunately, the wired retainers kept breaking, causing frequent visits and frustration. It was not only time-consuming but also cost-ineffective. Given the repeated issues, I requested invisible retainers instead—something I had already paid for.
However, my experience with Clove Dental has been disheartening. During every visit, I felt unwelcomed and undervalued as a patient. It's been over two months since my last visit, and there has been no update or follow-up regarding my invisible retainers.
