Its being 2 months that my refund is not initiated yet...

This is my 2nd complaint regarding the refund issues as they have taken full advance payment for my issues but then denying by their LAB now i am chasing for refund for a month but no refund initiated yet. These guys are doing fraudulent activities on behalf of reputated Brand name . I have my all money back as well they should be charged a heavy penalty to make follow up from customer like this....

I chose Clove Dental for my invisible aligners, paying the full amount upfront for all the sessions and aligners for the year. I ensured there were no payment dues and trusted their professionalism.

Initially, I opted for wired retainers instead of invisible ones for convenience. Unfortunately, the wired retainers kept breaking, causing frequent visits and frustration. It was not only time-consuming but also cost-ineffective....

Today on the 20th of April 2024, the members of Clove Dental ill-treated and harassed my mother wherein I was the patient and was sitting on the chair during the misbehavior with my mother who invigilates me during every sitting at 5 pm.

When the treatment was about to start, my family was promised to allot the weekend days as I am a school student and have a tight study schedule. Which was absolutely not followed. Rather after...

My complaint is about their unethical practices and trapping patients and not giving proper information about treatment plan before they start procedures.
1- Consultation was done with other doctor
2- Teeth scan was done by 2nd doctor. And they did not show me any scans or discussed any treatment plan with me.

Denture broke within 7 months. Doctor says its normal. I have never seen any denture break. Dad's old denture lasted for 12 years and shape changed but never broke. Arrogant and ill informed doctors. Would not recommend at all

Hi!!I want to register a complaint against clove dental clinic which is located at sec 22 Gurgaon .I visited there for my root canal wherein they gave me an inaccurate treatment and didn't even give me files of my ongoing examinations . Complaint against: Clove Dental - Dr Nupur Pandey, sector 9, RK Puram, Delhi.

Subject: I took My 10 year old son for a routine tooth check up. He had no tooth ace or sensitivity in any tooth. Doctor identified a mild/ aerial cavity in tooth number 85, which is milk tooth. No X-ray of tooth taken. Asked for a filling. She quickly filled up the tooth with composite filling.

I have been to clove dental for braces as my 2 upper teeths was missing ie 1 teeth on both side. The doctor told that space would be closed after putting braces. And I have been to white braces cost Rs 32000 which they told will include teeth removal, retainers, cleaning, etc. But later when treatment started they told teeth removal is chargeable as it is half teeth. Still I paid.. After 3 years of treatment, still my 2 missing teeth space...

I am disappointed on so many levels after getting a treatment from Clove Dental. After paying almost double for my braces treatment, I got it done from them expecting great and painless experience, but take it from me its not worth it. Anyone looking for any kind of dental treatments just stay away from clove dental as they just care about making money and nothing else. I visited Clove dental Rohini sector-11 for my fathers dental treatment . Ot is very pathetic experience. They Charged 25000 K for the denture and took almost 1.5 months for it. But after 6 months 1 tooth was missing from the denture. I informed them and they asked me to visit the center and admitted there's was some issue and assured me it will not happen again in future as they repaired it . But after 2 months again 2 tooth were missing. Then i again visited and they again repaired it. Even after 1 week one tooth again missed. They don't have any answer for it and talking here and there. This dentures is still in Guarantee and they are just doing some nonsense. They are not well professional and very poor in knowledge and performance ..They just looted money and not well professional knowledge.. Please don't visit any of the clove centers. They ARE CHEATERS ONLY GOOD IN ENGLISH TALK NOT GOOD IN THEIR PROFESSION...

With no second opinion, I've directly chosen Clove for my aligners treatment in Chennai. After 3 months of treatment, there is a slight misalignment between aligner and teeth started to raise. Although i've flagged at the beginning, Clove doctor convinced me that mild misalignments are expected. But the gap started to increase way huge and finally resulted to take new scanning followed by new set of aligners. This broke trust in my treatment...

I had done the filling in the tooth, that too the feeling was not done properly and my bridge was broken, which I had given 15 days ago to repair it, till now no call has come to me.

I can't eat food without bridge and since last 4 days I am having a lot of pain in my teeth. I regularly call in Clove dental but the response is zero.

Doctors are very careless..they just want to earn money not paying attention on their patients. How much patient face problem even they don’t care… why are they run these fraud clinic Pl cancel their License.

Its very necessary to stop these types of pathetic Clinic.

Unethical means by this company. Dr. Pjnam misguided and took rs 5000 in 2019 for rct and told afterwards more money will be required after few sittings. I didn't go for the procedure and asked for refund but they didn't provide me with refund while I received call from clive that i[censored] want money then wherever we will tell u come and take ur money. Is this the way to refund? Are they goons? I have yet not received refund.

This is in Reference of My Dental Implants, I have visited the Clove Centre Sec 51 Noida, on Dec 2019 for Dental Implants.

After all Checking, Cross examination, Xray & all Check up Dr at Clinic told it will be done .

They offered full packages of 45550 k for my Dental Implants including Extraction where Teeth has to be Implants with All Cross Examination till Teeth not Plants.

Till the time you generate revenue for the click you will be remembered after that there will be no followup. My artificial tooth broke the same day it was fixed and It wasnt replaced. Everytime I visited they counselled
me to stay with the same broken tooth fr which I paid good money. Every time i asked fr appointment no preference was given. Also my sister got a surgery done and paid 40k. And after that no follow ups. The same doctors weren't available. Would recommend it to people but will ask them to keep a reminder yourself so that you yourself followup with them .

I had gone to Rajapuri clove dental for my teeth filling this was my 2nd appointment with them at 18th June 2021 first they took a x-ray she didn't gave me the report ( doctor Neha Kanwar) on 18th she said that i need to do filling of 7 teeth . According to her she did cleaning of my teeth and did x-ray it was of total 3000 . On the second appointment she said that i needed filling of 10 teeth again did cleaning it...

Doctors are biased, doctors are confused, they just want to earn money, not paying attention on their patients. I choosed a wrong clinic where everyone is grouped together to earn only.

My name is ajay kumar gautam. I visited clove dental preet vihar in the month of april 2019 as i had to get a few rct and implants done. I met dr renuka, dr siddharth.

I did explain my situation and informed that i will be relocating to canada (As i have recently got my pr) on 06 th august 2019.

They confirmed that he whole process will be done in timely manner and i will get my implants, rct and crown work completed way before that.

Based on the assurance, i gave them the go ahead and dr roy completed my 2 implants in april and other 2 in the first week of may.

I was told that implants take a couple of months to settle hence crowns will be done in the month of july 2019. I did reiterate to dr siddharth about my schedule and flight details. He said he knows what he was doing and i should not worry.

In the meanwhile, dr saima jamal performed rct on 3 teeth’s and i was informed that they will put 3 bridges.

Post rct i had pain so i told dr siddharth put a single bridge on left side tooth where rct was done and informed that he has fixed the bridge and will temporarily fix the other 3 bridges where rct was done.

I observed that i have pain in the all teeth’s where rct was done and hence went back to clove preet vihar and informed dr siddharth about the pain. He asked dr saima jamal to take out the bridge which was temporarily fixed and perform the rct again however ever after telling them that i have pain in the other bridge also where rct was done and was fixed permanently, dr siddharth gave no ears to it and told that it will be fixed in a few days and this was quite regular. I had no option but to agree to him thinking he is a qualified dentist. I again informed dr siddharth about the crowns for implants as time was running out of my hand and there was no schedule given to me for the crowns.

On 24th july, dr siddharth took my impressions and informed that my crowns will be ready by 31st july and they will fix them on the same day. Dr renuka also assured me the same.

Trusting them and thinking that crowns will be fixed on 31 july will give a buffer of 6 days before my flight and if i have any issues, i can still come to clinic and get them sorted.

On 31st july, before coming to clinic, i called clove preet vihar and spoke to dr renuka to check if crown have reached clinic, she checked with dr siddharth and told me that my crowns have not reached yet and they will inform me by 13:00 hrs about the schedule. I called back again to check the same at 13:30 however i received the same information that the crowns have not yet reached and dr siddharth is following up with lab.

Post checking with lab i was informed that there is a delay and they will receive my crowns on sunday (3rd august 2019) which made me really worried now.

I was given assurance that my implants will definitely reach on 3rd august. Since i had no option i agreed. To my surprise, no one called me until 3rd and i had to call back again, i was informed that there was some technical issue with crowns and they are reworking on them.

I lost it here as i was telling them about my flight schedule right from day 1 when i visited the clinic no one took it seriously and moreover when i made full payment already.

I started chasing clove preet vihar every day every hour however they continue to give me excuses and kept on informing that crown will be delivered shortly.

No information was received until 6th august (Day of my flight).

On 6th august 2019, i got panic and shouted on the staff for not being professional.in the morning 09:00 am, they informed me that they have received the crowns and wanted me to come to preet vihar to get them fix and gave me 10:00 am appointment. Again, before leaving, i called them and they informed that there is a slight delay in receiving the crown. This made me furious.

At this time, i told the clinic that i cannot come to preet vihar and they will have to arrange crowns to my nearest location. Dr siddharth confirmed that he will come himself to clove rani bagh and fix my crowns.

Again, in some time i was informed that dr siddhartha has a patient at preet vihar and he cannot come hence i will have to visit clove model town phase 2 to get the crown. Since i was the only one at the losing side, i unwanted agreed.

I reached clove model town phase 2 and i found that the implants were not yet arrived there. I reached there at 13:00 hrs and waited till 15:00 hours when the lab guy delivered the implants.

I don’t remember the name of the doctor at model town phase 2 but the lady fixed my crowns.

At last i had the satisfaction that my work was done. I was assured that i will not have the problem now for next 10 - 15 years.

So, i boarded the flight on 6th august night to canada and reached here.

Not even a week after i realized the left side crown started moving and hence i experienced pain.in next couple of days all three crowns starting moving and paining.

Now i am sitting in canada with moving (Mobile) crowns and pain.

Ahhh i forgot to say that 3 bridges which were temporarily fixed and were taken out after me complaining about the pain were never fixed. They are still with clove preet vihar wherein i paid for them too.

My questions:
When i informed your clinic about my complete schedule in the beginning, why there was delay. If they knew they cannot do it, why they took the task in hand.

Why i had to wait until the last day to get the crowns even after multiple reminders?

Why are the crown moving?

What should i do now with these moving crowns?

Why dr siddharth was so irresponsible and ignorant?

Why did he come to fix my crowns at model town wherein he performed the majority of tasks and was well aware of situation?

What are you going to do to fix my issues?

I trusted the clove however the treatment i received there failed the name for me. I have lost trust due to people like dr siddharth

Clove dental is a fraud clinic run by non professionals. I would like the doctors medical certificate to be assessed. I had signed up for braces with them at a discounted rate of rs 15900 and they suggested that all the doctors are available and will be conducting the sessions as per time lines. Later they said that i was being rude and that no doctor wants to take my case. I visited clove dental for root canal treatment in may-june 2016, the treatment was done and a crown was made and put on the rct tooth. From very starting there was problem of bad smell, and it was due to seepage as i felt. But dr. Insisted that there is no such problem. One day in june 2017, the crown came out. Then i visited the clove and they told me that the tooth is decayed and to be extracted. This is the case of rdc, ghaziabad centre....
