I have ordered flawless finishing touch hair remover from clovebay on 27th july, 2019 and received the delivery on 31st july.

As i opened the package i knew it was a fake product due to:
Image 1: there is no seal to the box as expected in original.
Image 2: this battery is manually placed which is not the case with the original packaging
Image 3: there is no hologram from finishing touch on the golden handle.
Also, there was some residual waterish thing on opening.
I wrote to them immediately asking to return the item and waited for the response for the next 2 days as written on their website but i have still not (Today is 3rd august, 2019) received any response or acknowledgement of the same.
To all the consumers, please buy stuffs from trusted websites only.
