I ordered clovebay pore cleaner product looking at youtube ad on june 24th and received the product id cb12170 on june 28th evening.

However, the product was not working after inserting aa battery and i complained for return/refund on the site.

I mailed to customer care on jul 6th and got the revert suggesting to send the product by courier to kolkata.

I did the same and wrote again...

As i opened the package i knew it was a fake product due to:
Image 1: there is no seal to the box as expected in original.
Image 2: this battery is manually placed which is not the case with the original packaging

I hav ordered for a facial hair remover machine and gav payment too... But the product came was defective and wen mailed no response frm. The company... Very bad customer service... From other reviews i realised this clovebay is fraud company... They send defective products... After gettng payment dey not responding too...in. I got defective piece from this company in the morning. And they don't give any kind of response now. Please help me out. They took money and also they have return policy but now no pick my call n didn't give any kind of response. I want my money back or replacement which one is possible.
