Club Evershine Holiday — False promise of services and not refunding amount

I have taken club evershine membership worth 74000, and they told us that they will be providing 4-5 star hotels with wich they have alliance. But all seems to be false, whenever i call them for booking they always tell no inventory available even in less travelled places. I never got any good hotels from their side and I have to cancel all my plans because of this. When I asked for refund they are not giving refund also, but their salesmen told anytime we will get refund if service is not satisfactory.
