I have booked a package worth rupees 1.48 lakhs for 3 nights 4 days(2 night beach villa and 1 night water villa) on 24/06/2022 to 27/06/2022 in which speedboat transfer from airport to resort was included.
After reaching the resort I got to know that speed boat transfer was not included in the package and I had to pay 294 dollar, without paying resort was not allowing us to enter in the room. For which I immediately called evershine agent and he said you pay the amount at the resort, this amount will be refunded to you at the same day. But its been 15 days I have not received any amount.
This was not the end of the trouble on my vacation. The very next day I got a call from the resort admin team that I do not have booking for 3rd day i.e. water villa. It was my wife's birthday. we have planned this whole trip for her birthday, but the evershine totally ruined it. Again I called evershine for the issue that we don't have booking for the next day, he said, I'll fix it out, you don't worry enjoy your trip. We had this conversation around 12pm and we have waited for the whole day for his response, in the evening after asking him status for the multiple times he said there is some misunderstanding, I can book a another water villa at different island for the same day. How is it possible ? We have booked this trip almost 25 days before we went and he has sent all the bills and booking details to us, it means that was fake bill generated by evershine. Shifting one island from the other, it takes almost 3-4 hours process including the formalities on resort. nobody wants to waste their time at least on vacation with a limited time period. This was pathetic experience and now we do not have any choice at that moment, then he gave a choice to book the degraded room in which we were staying in place of water villa. We want full refund as we didn't enjoy the trip at all because of the #evershine agent with whom we were in continues contact with.
