[Resolved] Club Factory — a bunch of lying monkeys, that's how i would describe their customer care service

My order has been stuck in the same location for over a week. Everyday i ask those bimbos at the helpline they say that they have it undercontroll, today all of a sudden the realise they dont. I am furious and would probably stab these people if i saw them. There has been no progress and they still say they have it under control. Worst costumer service ever.

I was not joking when i said i would stab them.

Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, your order is in custom clearance now. Thus it shows pick up rescheduled daily. Please do not worry. Once the custom clearance is finished, the local courier will pick up it and deliver it to you in 5-12 days. You may check it again after several days. Thanks for your patience.
