I ordered my product on 19th december but i did't get it till now and the cancellation option is not working on it's app 😞
And there is a rule that we can cancel the order if the order is not shipped but in my case this is not working.
I want my money back and a compensation for delivery also please help ☹️
My product is a winter jacket if the winter season is gon then what do i do with the product?
