[Resolved] Club Factory — a product I refused and its refund | |||||
I ordered two dresses from clubfactory (www.clubfactory.com) [order no. So15999370]. Since i got the same dresses for a better rate i wanted to cancel the order and club factory doesn't have a cancelling option. So the support center people of that app asked me to refuse the order when it's delivered and that it has been shipped already. I did as instructed. 3 days later i got a call from their customer service person to confirm whether i refused the product. I confirmed it. After 15 days i didnt find any updates on that product. I kept on enquiring with the customer service, they told once the product reaches their office it will be refunded. And when i tracked the product it was still in chennai and 20 days got over already. I brought this to their notice. They told we have to pay the shipping fee because we refused it. I agreed to that. They told it will be deducted from my refund amount. I agreed to that. And yesterday i got a refund mail regarding an order i placed recently nd i returned it myself. I told the customer service people that if i got a mail for this why is my refund taking so long for the previous order. And from then all they reply is their photo of the refund of my recent order and that it will take 5-10 days for it to credit. I texted them, explained them that i am not talking about that order, i am talking about the order i refused. And i also did sent them the screenshot of the order status and i told them its been more than a month now. Still they replied with the same photo of my recent order's refund. Kindly do the needful.
