Club Factory — about delivering product

This is in reference to my order no. So4025860 placed on 11 sep 2017. I am not getting any information around this. I am not able to track my order, while doing this through gati website - it says invalid (Tracking id[protected]. When called to gati customer support, they said that tracking number is incorrect.
When i tried tracking through club factory app, its showing as pending from last 11 days.

Kindly help me resolve this issue as soon as possible, since i have paid for this order already and i am not able to fetch any info...
