Club Factory — about pickup of my parcel I want to return

My name is nishita. I ordered a one piece which i want to return. I have thrice messaged consumer care and twice called them that my parcel has not been picked even after one month of request and repeated reminders.
The pickup company never answers any calls. This is height of irresponsible behavior towards a consumer’s grievance. I regret ordering from club factory. I hope my issue is solved soon before i start spreading all the negative reviews about your ‘ not at all consumer friendly’ company.
