Club Factory — air compressor is returnable but it's been 1 and half month they are not taking back the product

I have ordered air compressor in clubfactory on dec 18th. The product is returnable. And am not satisfied with the quality of the product that i have received. I have applied for return and it's been cancelled multiple times. They are not refunding my money or picking up my call even after raising the complaint. The customer care has blocked my number. They are not letting me to contact them.
