Club Factory — amount deducted from the account, got confirmation email, but still not received product

Got confirmation email saying its in the process...
N now 1week down no order is being received or any tracking details, in fact its showing no order pending in my account,
I am worried now, the amount is 1117/-
It's very disappointing and unexpected as before also I have ordered n received on time... The worst thing is no one is replying and you feel cheated and helpless.
