Club Factory — amount with drawn from club factory balance but still get didnt get money to my bank account

I have ordered for headset with mic on 27th july 2018 but my order got cancelled due out of stock and and my money got refunded into club factory balance and i got a conformation mail about it .(refunded)...best still i didn't receive my money to my bank account...plz hlp me out as soon as possible...
