[Resolved] Club Factory — app wallet balance not receive in my account | |||
Please help me. I ordered a dress on june 11 and without any notification of delivery it returned back on 20 june 2018. The reason showed 'out of stock'. What i got is the refunded balance in my club factory balance. I withdraw it to my bank account but i didn't receive any money. Refund id is sor[protected]. Order number is so27296177. I order a dress but it got cancel because out of stock, now the problem is they refund my money in the app wallet but I don't want to purchase anything.. the customer service says to withdraw but in my app it' is not showing any withdraw option kindly help
