Club Factory — bad and t-shirt I received was not upto the mark

This has to inform you that I ordered a t-shirt and a bag order no SO47353918.I received the item today but the received t-shirt is small in size and bad capacity was even else infact leather is not even up to the mark. So I want to return it. I have already informed this to help centre but nobody take any action. Ultimately I inform you to kindly give proper guidelines as soon as possible
