I am koushik giri. I have order 3 products this website (Club factory) WWW.clubfactory.com on 12-10-19. But they are not giving docket number. There are showing on order number, when i am calling his india courier service provider (Gati), they are asking me give me docket number, but i did not get any kind of docket number though club factory. The courier boy are not coming in house address, but they are lying, he is coming 3 time in my house address, when i did not receive any kind of call though club factory or his courier service partner (Gati). And also when i am calling club factory number - [protected], this number are invalid, also i am calling gati courier service in this number[protected],[protected], they are want docket number which is not provide club factory.
