[Resolved]  Club Factory — bracelet undelivered tracking no.[protected]

My tracking no is[protected] i ordered a bracelet on 28 jan 2019 bit it has not been delivered to me yet and the order status shows diliverd. I've been calling the customer care no. Since a month now but all in vain. Everyday they say that i'll receive my order in 2 days but that has never happened. I'm very upset and disappointed with this app and i want my order to be delivered as soon as possible. Also i've paid for the order online so i'm worried about my money.
