[Resolved]  Club Factory — cancel a guest order

I mistakenly order a product twice and it was a guest order.. And now i can't even find my order on the cf app... My order number is so[protected]... It would be appreciated if you please cancel the order.. And even the customer care number isn't responding.. Please help me out
I called several times in the customer care number but there was no response
