I had placed an order "SO38998465" part of which was cancelled as it got out of stock and a refund was generated automatically for that item and i want my complete order to be cancelled. So please make the necessary and initiate the refund for both the item as early as possible. Without one item the other is useless. The worst experience with Club Factory on my very first time

I haven't received my refund and telephonic customer care number is never available.chat process is a. Fake thing I guess.they never like never address the concerns.
