[Resolved] Club Factory — cancel my order no so18744362

I received a mail stating that my payment was failed and I had to pay for the same order again and the money was debited twice due to which a new order was created. The second one is this order number (order No.SO[protected] when I made the payment for the second time. I want this to be cancelled. Please help me out with this. Sorry for the inconveniences caused.
