Club Factory — cancel of an order which was place without logging in

I placed an order in club factory without signing up/logging in.
I just placed it as a guest user. Now if I have to cancel the order what's the process. Also if I wanna return one of the products in the order item what's the procedure?? Please help me with the return of the products and also after successful return of the product how will I get the refund since I have paid on delivery
