Club Factory — cancel the order asap

Im unable to cancel the order through the app or website. I want this order to be cancelled ASAP. Here is the Order Number: SO[protected] .

The website or APP doesn't give me an option to cancel.

The shipping address is incorrect, so please CANCEL THE ORDER. The customer service doesn't work, email or call is useless. Hence posting the message here! Its horrible that we don't get a chance to change shipping address or modify the order. SO PLEASE CANCEL THE ORDER IMMEDIATELY!!
