Club Factory — cancel the order

I have ordered a dress on cash on delivery option but i found that i’ve given my wrong size of the dress... I want to cancel my order very soon before it is shipped my order number is so37561731. I am trying to contact customer care since yesterday but their number is continuesly going busy and i’m not able to convey my message for cancellations the order before shipping. Please make it fast and cancel the order. Because once it is shipped i cannot cancel the order. And since it is cash on delivery i cannot get my full amount on return.
