[Resolved]  Club Factory — cancellation of orders

Dear club factory,
For the past weeks i have been having troubles with the app. On choosing the cod option for the items i would like to purchase, i was suppose to confirm my order. Usually i'd receive a call and confirm my order. But lately, my order has been cancelled and i don't know why since i never received a call anyways.
I request you to please fix it. Thank you.
