Dear Club Factory, I want to cancel my order at club factory. I cannot cancel it from the official website of club Factory. I ordered two earring box set and two sling bags. I dnt know that my order is confirmed or no and also there is no call which you all pick, i want to talk about the delivery date and stuff, but the numbers you all provide for contacting is always not reachable..this is really disappointing

My order no. is SO49272521, I have paid for the order but I am not getting any update on my no. For the shipping or the order.
I didnt get my money refunded its almost 1 month of returning product... i didnt recieve any refund slip and customer care service is worst... no one is responding...

It is for ur kind information that I placed a n order for a waistcoat order no. SO 45935978 dated 8/9/18. Bt the is no any kind of information about this order. It means that club factory is a fraud. Company nd making fool everyone. For this fraud I'll complaint in consumer Court
