Club Factory — cannot cancel an order

I cannot cancel an order I made as a guest user via club factory website. Cancel option is there in app but when I'm confirming to cancel by giving the reason it is not working. Also Tracking details are not available in CB app, but while logging into the website it is showing as confirmed in tracking info. Order id is SO70635984. Please cancel my order.
