Club Factory — can't track my order and shipment not yet arrived.

My order (Order no:- s[protected] has not yet arrived and i had ordered it on 25th august.
I can't track the order.
Even in the account it hasn't shown that i have ordered.
The payment is also done.
Pls provide the information of where and when the order will arrive.
Also resolve this as soon as possible as it has been more than a week the order has not arrived based on the estimated time.

I have placed an order on 7th Aug, which was later cancelled by Club Factory mentioning that the item is no longer available and your money is refunded. But till now i have not received my refund.

I had ordered some hair extensions. I want to cancel this order and order some other hair extensions. So please cancel this order.
I did not pay for the order, it was cash in delivery. And it has not been shipped yet to please cancel it fast and let me know as early as possible.
