Club Factory — cheap and defective products with no response and refunds

I ordered two blazers about 15 days before it came but both are cheap quality and defective. I filed complaint but no revert and one order got out of stock as i ordered 7 days before that refund is also not came into the account.

I need my money back and please shutdown this company the are making everyday frauds in india sitting in china.

I have took pics of damaged goods and will attach here for the reference.

Updated by Rakesh Ware refund id SOR161516 amt 1175 which they said refunded for cancellation of out of stock but still not credited. and total refund will be of 1175 + 2085.5 =3260.5
