[Resolved] Club Factory — clothes return | |||||
I applied for refund and my package has not been collected from me as yet for return. It has been more than 15 days now. When will you collect my package to initiate and process refund? Order id - s[protected] Complaint date - 1-jan-19 Return request date on app - 12- dec-18 Remarks - i initiated refund request but no one came to collect my package and process refund. I called customer care and they said that sorry they cannot help me and that i need to contact customer care through chat service on the app. When i contacted them they said either contact us or mail us back your package yourself. Do you think you can fool an innocent customer? I will take this further and ensure that you do not hoodwink customers again. One person will bring this change.
