My order on club factory was cancelled by the merchant due to unavailability of the product, the refund of $12.84 which is equivalent to rs. 925.24 has still not been initiated.

The order was cancelled by the merchant on 18th sept, and club factory ensures a refund within 3 days, but i don't see any work being done here.

The cancellation mail asks customers to chat with their support team for queries on their mobile app. I tried, but no one replies from the other side. Refer screenshots attached.

Updated by Marvin Minz The online chat support of Club Factory is so not helpful. There's no one to listen to your queries and reply back. On addition to this, the website only gives you option to contact them via this chat service. They don't entertain any mail complaints. This is so damn fishy. If I would have known this earlier, I would not have made any purchase here. Dissapointed!!

I ordered items worth Rs.2971.201 which has been returned and I received mail from club factory that the refund is processed on July 23/2018 however I have not received it my bank/balance .

I did not get any respond even after several chat and notifications

There's no way this clubfactory merchant will refund our money back. Atleast they could have updated or mentioned some specific time instead. Let's make other people aware of this. Am gonna give 1 star on the app and will be providing this complaint url as a comment.

I had placed order for a product with order id as SO42866109 on 25 Aug
Since then I have received no product details or tracking or shipping details update from Club Factory.
Their customer care number ‭[protected]‬ is always busy.
I request a refund since its a month now since I placed an order

I don't understand why such sites are not blacklisted by the Government despite so many complaints.
