Club Factory — club factory order stuck at palam tmo

Cannot receive my order no so4502564 with tracking no. Eq[protected]in. Have ordered on 22.9.2017 and my order was shipped on 9.10.2017. But as shown in my tracking my product is stuck at palam tmo on 10.10.2017. After that no tracking details has been provided. Normally, it would have reached me long time ago. But till today no response have been ade to me. Would be grateful if my product will reach me sooner. Please help me.
