[Resolved] Club Factory — club factory - worst customer service | |
My order SO[protected] has been stuck at customs for last one month...the order was placed on June 17 th..it's July 31 st today and all I know is that my order is stuck at customs..they are not ready to cancel the order either..pathetic customer service they just keep sending me automated response. They don't have an eta nor do they give me a proper reply. club factory is one website I would never even want to go back to or recommend anyone Was this information helpful? | |

The man who came with my order he cut my phone and canceled my order without my permission and i want my order back
I can't able to withdraw the money from the club factory balance .like first it asked me to enter a number so i entered after entering i got one code then after entering that code in that fill either its saying invalid or the number has been already registered .i can't able to get rid off this can you please help me out from this
I want to return my order number SO[protected] as they delivered wrong shoe size and there is no option provided in club factory guest order.
