Club-Factory.com — for a defective product, in order not to bare the return charges, they are not accepting that the product is defective

Hi,

I have ordered for "Baby Safe Silicone Protector Table Corner Edge Protection Cover" thorugh clubfactory.com.
The website description clearly showed it as a set of 4 nos.
But I received only one and that too defective.

When, I have approached them through email, they replied that, I should not go by the website image of 4 nos. and the product is only one.
I have compromised on the number and explained them that the product itself is defective and not usable and sent them many pictured detailing on how the product is defective.

This company has a return policy which says that, if the product is defective, their company would pay for returns and if I am not satisfied then I need to pay for the returns.

So because of this, the customer care executive is trying to convince me that the product is usable but doesnt fit my specific need. I clearly sent her many pictures showing how the product is defective and unusable in many differenct scenrios, still she repeats the same statements.
And proposed that, if I am not ready for return charges, they would pay 30% of the product cost.

I see their intention that, they make me bear return charges of the defective product or they want me to bear 70% of the product cost.
The primary question is why should I bear any price of a defective product sent by them ? Even after sending so many proofs that it is defective.

Kindly escalate this issue and process the refunds
