I recently ordered 4 t shirts For me on club factory, but the size was Small for me so i applied for the refund and the product reached till their centre but my refund was rejected Stating that the Product was wrong. Help me plz...

I ordered a earrings and made payment through upi and it was successful but on website it failed and and on upi it shows that amount is deducted from bank to clubfactory... The website description clearly showed it as a set of 4 nos.
But I received only one and that too defective.

When, I have approached them through email, they replied that, I should not go by the website image of 4 nos. and the product is only one.

I am.jigyasa singh, I purchased shoes from club factory.com throungh axis bank credit card of rs1664 . But did not deliver in 15 days after that I cancelled my product I requested for my refund but always they said will refund in 5 to 6 days .
But still am not getting my amt 1664 rs .
