Please i want to know what's the delay of my orders from club factory the first order came late an i was hoping this one will arrive on time as stated by club factory which was 7 december i have try to track it an its has been showing me that it's ship already so i don't know if the delay is coming from the delivery company here is my order number so69263857

I had ordered five different items in www.Clubfactory.com. Two of the items are defective. When I tried to refund through the online app, the company is not responding. The customercare number is not working for the past 3 days. Order Number: SO67977035
