Club Factory — complain upon payment

I sell products on club factory.. I have successfully delivered 5 order between 22 to 31 january 2020 as per their company payment rule my payment date was 5th of february but i haven't received my payment on 5th february then i contact club factory seller service through chat then they said it takes 2 days to get payment in bank account.. But 2days complete today is 3rd day but haven't received my payment... Now i contact them but they said don't no about it... They don't want to give me my payment... Not only me they cheated with many more seller
