Club Factory — complaining about my return items payment | |||||
Its been around more than 15 days to return the items but I didn't get any update for my payment status. I lost the SMS for return and that courier person did not shared anything after taking the items back. I contacted on email, support center but no help given by them. It is worst process of company in India, as they don't even bother for the customer items and delivery. Please help me to get my money back for my returned items. I recieved my order on Saturday i. e, 20 Oct and I applied for return the same day nd today the date is 25 th yet they have not picked up the product.Your app provides worst services.U'll dnt evn recive the calls on the customer service no .Can you please let me know how many days more u'll will take for pick up.
