[Resolved]  Club Factory — complaining about the ordered product which has not delivered yet

I have ordered 3 products and payment is also done. It has supposed to delivered before 3rd of august but still not recieved the products. The product is at custums since a week. I[censored] take 1 month to deliver the product why you are giving the date of expected delivery so early you have to give the near by date know. I booked it for gifting my sis on her birthday but if you are making this much delay means how can we tolerate it.
