Club Factory — complaining about wrong product delivered.

Hello team, today i got my order. But the product i have received is different. I ordered a full sleeved shirt but i got a half shirt which is completely different from the picture. I am very much disappointed with your service. The worth of the product is rs.529 but when i applied for return it shows rs.429 as a return amount and 100 rupees for picking up the item. The mistake is made by your company, and your company asking me money for the mistake you made. I look forward to hear from you. Take some necessary action against my complaint.
