[Resolved]  Club Factory — complaint about the delay order

Please club factory my is not yet been shipped this order was place on the 9 of this month february and estimated delivery date was 25 of the same month but today is 23 and the order is not yet shipped even what is keeping my this long i really want to know the problem am a loyal customer to this club factory i use to get delayed of my orders but not like this one and i need those items latest before the 5 of next month but am not sure i can get it before then please check and try to resolve the problem.
