[Resolved]  Club Factory — complaint against delivery boy

This is a complaint against a delivery boy whose name has been reflected as Nathaniel kharumnuid as per true caller service.He call me for delivery of my parcel but I couldn't pick up as I was busy.later after few minutes I tried to call him up but he didn't response then after a while his phone was switch off. Then after 20 minutes later he switch on his phone and when I ask him where he is at present he replied me that he had left the place. And again on questioning him that why didn't he call me back coz other delivery boy used to call twice or thrice if that call is not being answered at the first call instead he rudely replied me back that he had call me twice and if needed it is in his call log whereas I received only one Miss call from the delivery boy. When I told him that seeing the Miss call I have try to contact him but his phone was switch off he again replied in a harsh tone that he doesn't work under anybody and I should be thankful for him for bringing the parcel til my home which is again not true . This is not the first time that the same delivery boy behave rudely with me but I have face this kind of situation thrice. Therefore strict action should be taken against this person and not to sent him for dispatching my product.
