Club Factory — complaint against non delivery of already paid items | |||
I have placed an order from clubfactory on august 24. The order was expected to be delivered by august 31. However, it's already a month and my products haven't been delivered. They are earning on the products i've already paid for. More importantly they do not have any real customer service. The robotic customer service is a joke as nobody replies to your messages. Also, the sole customer service number is always engaged and busy. I demand for compensation and interest from the period my products were scheduled to be delivered and not just some compensatory coupon which forces u to buy more to avail the coupon. After such a terrible service they dare not ask me to purchase any from such a fraud company. I want serious action against them. Was this information helpful? | |||
