Club Factory — complaint against the delivery service. | |||
Hi, just a weeks ago, i ordered a jacket from club factory. I never received the package because the person in charge of delivery has sold the product to someone else in another place. He texted me personally saying that he had sold it to someone else in another place. I am very disappointed with the delivery service. Kindly do something about it. Many thanks, Mikkatchi shira. 2. 1 PC Rhinestone star stud earring
On 28.11.2019 order number SO[protected] . The estimated delivery date was December 6-16. But today it's 27.12.2019 and my products are not yet out for shipping. Kindly deliver my product or refund my money.

I had ordered 2 watches from club factory but received only 1 in the package. I contacted them and they told me to use the refund option but it has been a week and I have not received my refund. Whenever I try to call them I am greeted with this number is not in service. Worst experience
I purchased a nike joyride shoe from club factory but it was fake product. It's price was 2099. After all of this i checked other websites but there price was different.. Please stop to selling this kind of products
