Hello, i have ordered a product through club factory.. I got a wrong size from the team And i have requested a return pickup, ts been 20 days am following up with the chat team they were saying my product will be picked within 2 days.. But its not happening.. When i called the customer service they were saying plz deal with the chat team and they were not also helping.. Was this information helpful? | |

I had ordered a necklace and on opening the packet it was found to be damaged. Other articles like apparels were also of poor quality n fitting... Extremely unhappy with the service. Would never make a mistake of purchasing again with club factory
I ordered glowing stars (O. No. SO[protected] from club factory on 31st July. Today is 9th July still not received it...
