[Resolved] Club Factory — complaint for not receiving my order | |||||
I ordered on 02/02/18 & i was supposed to receive my order on 28/02/18, but i have not received yet.in club factory app, it's shows it's been rescheduled pick up on 01/03/18 & after that their is no site of it till now, enclosed images. Please refund my money if you can't deliver the products.. We know the value of our money as we earn it. Simply do't waste our time & money for your poor customer service. It's really shameful to take 1 month to deliver an order & also we can't track our order with you stupid app & we don't even know which courier service you are using so as to track. Verified Support Mar 05, 2018 Club Factory Customer Care's response Dear, sorry for the delay during the shipment, your order SO13591381 was placed on 11th Feb. and it is now in Delhi custom, waiting for being cleared. Please kindly wait for 5-7 days, and you will soon receive it after clearance and picked by the local courier. Thanks.Please try to re-star us for 5. Thank you. | |||||
